Foxygen, an American indie rock duo, was formed twelve years ago when Jonathan Rado and Sam France were still in high school. The duo is known for its experimental pop sound, while still incorporating classic rock influences. They’ve made a name for themselves with their crazy hair, psychedelic sounds and awesome vibe. They have hit songs such as “Shuggie,” “Blue Mountain,” and “How Can you Really,” below.
The band is finally back with some new music, having released Hang and announced a tour earlier this year. They’ll be coming to DC on March 22nd, performing at the 9:30 Club! You can get your tickets here, and I hope to see some of you tonight!
