Pop punk is alive and kicking, and Gen Z is leading the way. Meet Me @ the Altar channels the mid aughts sound of bands like Paramore, Fall Out Boy, and Avril Lavigne with catchy guitar riffs and huge choruses. Having recently signed to the legendary Fueled by Ramen label and opened for Greenday, the band is now headlining a tour of their own which hits DC next Wednesday at the 9:30 Club. They share the bill with fellow up-and-comers Honey Revenge, John Harvie, and Elliot Lee.
