Porter Robinson is playing at The Anthem on October 15th with Jai Wolf opening. The concert is a part of his 2021 Nuture tour, which highlights his latest album, Nuture (2021). The album debuted at #2 on Spotify’s Top U.S. Albums, #1 on iTunes Electronic Albums and #1 on Billboard’s Current Electronic Albums, #11 on Top Albums and #7 on Digital Albums. Robinson has been producing music since childhood and has been performing his synth-pop music for over 10 years.
After signing with Skrillex at the age of 18, Robinson’s style has shifted, but stayed within the realm of EDM music. He has previously performed under Virtual Self and DJ Not Porter Robinson, but will headline this concert as Porter Robinson. Returning to the piano and singing, Robinson promises a one-of-a-kind concert, blending live instruments, digital synths, artificially pitched vocals, chopped samples, and cozy ambience.
Jai Wolf is a New York-based electronic music producer. He is opening for Porter Robinson during the 2021 Nurture Tour and is celebrating the release of his latest single, “Hikikomori.”
