Hello listeners! Sorry for the late post! This week is a mix of Mexican, Spanish, and Latin American music and vibes! We’ll be making Yuca Bread, which is a traditional Ecuadorian recipe which my family picked up…. Probably for some kind of school function somewhere.
Here’s what you need:
2 1/2 cup yuca starch or flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 stick of butter, room temperature, cut into 8 pieces
4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
Optional 1-2 tbsp water, if needed
Get Turn-T, DJSauce
