Hey friends! Sorry for the pretty late post (busy week). So this week’s recipe is gonna be pretty easy/pretty straight forward. Parmesan Zucchini is an appetizer my dad would make whenever we had family or neighbors over. But if you make enough of it, it’s actually a pretty good meal. And in honor of my dad, this week’s music is gonna be a combination of R&B, 70s prog-rock, and even some Jimmy Buffet (basically all of my dad’s favs).
Here’s what you need:
As many zucchini as you want. At least three.
A block of parmesan to grate.
A baking sheet
Parchment paper if the sheet isn’t non-stick
Get Turn-T, DJ Sauce
