MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS is making a pitstop on their North American tour at Atlas Brew Works in Northeast DC on 11/16, where they will be joined by openers Cam Kahin and Spring Silver.
Active since 2002, the unconventional Japanese trio from Kobe Prefecture seamlessly blends grunge, shoegaze, and hardcore punk together to create a boundary-pushing sound. They released two albums during the first 10 years they spent together, eventually disbanding in 2012. However, their reunion in 2015 was followed by two more full-length albums: 2018’s No New World, and 2022’s Awakening:Sleeping.
The band’s 2023 North American Tour marks the band’s first time touring in the United States, performing for sold out venues across the country. This show is unfortunately sold-out, but look out for our concert review in the upcoming weeks!
