Dope Lemon (Angus Stone) is performing at 930 Club on 10/19 as part of the band’s tour for Rose Pink Cadillac, the artist’s fifth studio album release. Released in early January 2022, Rose Pink Cadillac drew praise from Next Magazine and Spill Magazine for its dreamy and melodic tunes—trademark characteristics of Stone’s discography. The album’s themes and imagery are inspired by Stone’s trip on psychedelics, an experience reflected in the titular car’s journey through the stars. Led by the eponymous hit single “Rose Pink Cadillac,” the band’s dreamlike lyrics capture the dizzying feeling of falling in love and discovering the comfort of togetherness.
