The Swedish hip hop/swing band Movits! are on tour once again! They are touring their new(ish) album, They Tried to Bury Us, They Didn’t Know We Were Seeds, which was released in 2015. The band started attracting attention in 2008 after appearing on The Colbert Report and performing songs from their first album, Äppelknyckarjazz. Since then they have played at many international music festivals in the US and in Europe. In 2016 they did a short tour in the US, and now they’re heading to Europe, where I will be seeing them perform in Reutlingen, Germany.
